How much does shipping cost?

$4.99 Flat Rate Shipping and FREE shipping on all orders of $50

How long does delivery take?

Glam It Up Accessories partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

Because we ship directly from our partners in other countries, your item may take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

My order hasn't arrived on time. What do I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 6 weeks, please contact our support team at: info@glamitupaccessories.com.

How will I know when my item has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another when your order is shipped. If you did not receive an a shipping email from us within 5 business days please contact us. 

I ordered a few items but only received one. Where are the rest of my orders?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for most of our orders. If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@glamitupaccessories.com.

I’ve entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. You can cancel your order and receive a refund as long as your item has not entered the shipping process. Please contact us by email at info@glamitupaccessories.com

Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel/s arrive at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at GLAM IT UP ACCESSORIES. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
